ERP Implementation: The company transitioned from an old green screen system called PRISM to SAP as part of their modernization efforts. This ERP implementation was backed by strong executive support and was seen as necessary for future growth. 
Organizational Change Management (OCM): The company invested heavily in OCM to ensure user adoption of the new system. This included extensive training, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining knowledge amidst high employee turnover.
